Special Provisions Regarding Retirement
If a medical board constituted by the Government of Nepal recommends that a teacher of a community school is unable to teach due to physical illness, such teacher will be entitled to pension by extending the service period up to five years, then the Ministry shall extend the remaining period and grant retirement to such teacher. can
